I cannot say enough wonderful things! My dog had surgery recently and they have been so attentive. I'm a nervous mom and they have been so kind and caring . My almost blind senior dog who was on her way to being completely blind can now see and I am so grateful . The staff is amazing as well. I feel like lately going into a vet office can be so uncomfortable. I feel like Staff is busy and sometimes rude . Not at this place. They make me feel like I'm their only client. Today I got nervous about something and one of the doctors actually met me at the clinic !! Today is Sunday ! Grateful doesn't even capture how I feel .

Fortunate to have such capable hospital and doctor ( Tracy Jaggers DVM) in Pomona. I rescued a kitten that needed eye surgery. I called local vet and recommended to Vet eye clinic in Pomona. Welcomed from entering and promptly got help. Technician Staff took their time to explain in plain language what the situation is. I felt very comfortable with entire staff moving forward with surgery. Surgery was successful. Kitten recovering well and was given a second chance. Thank you to all the staffs and especially Dr. Tracy Jaggers for your talent!!

I cannot begin to express enough gratitude to Dr. Jennifer Sheahan. I am eternally grateful for the care, incredible skill, and compassion she showed in saving my dog Champ's right eye and his life. I am also deeply appreciative of the entire team at the Pomona Veterinary Eye Clinic, including Dr. Jaggers, who is both very skilled and an absolute sweetheart. They are, without a doubt, a phenomenal group of professionals who went above and beyond when Champ was in a dire situation. We came in for an emergency appointment after the vet eye clinic in Calabasas location ran multiple tests, sent us for cancer screening, and still could not figure out why Champ's right eye was getting worse. His eye was turning red and deteriorating quickly, and we were told he might lose it. But at the Pomona location, Dr. Jennifer Sheahan, God bless her and her family, immediately identified the problem. Within minutes, she discovered that a small bump had caused an ulcer that was becoming infected and was damaging his eye. Because of his age, he was at risk of losing his eye or potentially his life. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was calm, kind, and incredibly helpful. They put my panic at ease right away. Dr. Sheahan took the time to explain Champ's condition in a clear and reassuring way. She was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and she explained all of our options without any pressure. I decided to proceed with the necessary procedure that same day. Throughout the entire 3-4 week treatment process, Dr. Sheahan personally called me every morning during the week to check on Champ. The level of care, communication, and empathy she and her team showed was truly remarkable. They treated Champ like one of their own, and because of their expertise, the surgery was a complete success. Champ is now back to his happy, playful self, and we owe it all to Dr. Jennifer Sheahan, and the entire Pomona team. They are heaven-sent in every way. While specialized care can be an investment, it was worth every single penny for the peace of mind and the incredible result. Dr. Jennifer Sheahan is a god sent she has cared for our little Geta's with love and compassion. The staff are very caring and professional. Veterinary eye clinic is there for your loving pets, we are so happy with wonderful clinic.

My husky "Alpha" has an eye ulcer that wouldn't heal. (Indolent ulcer). We just had our procedure done and I have nothing but great remarks to say after my visit. I cannot thank Dr. Sheahan and the entire team at Veterinary Eye Clinic enough for the exceptional care they've given my senior Samoyed. As a diabetic dog, he developed cataracts and eventually went blind. Two years ago, Dr. Sheahan performed cataract surgery, and the results were truly life-changing--my dog regained his vision, energy, and happiness. More recently, he developed Horner's Syndrome, and once again, Dr. Sheahan was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Thanks to her expert care and close follow-up, my dog has now fully recovered from Horner's as well. Dr. Sheahan is not only a highly skilled veterinary ophthalmologist, but also someone who treats both pets and their owners with genuine compassion. Her calm, reassuring demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to clearly explain complex conditions make her truly outstanding. The entire staff at Veterinary Eye Clinic is equally kind, professional, and supportive. They treat every patient like family, and I always felt my dog was in the best possible hands. Great office and staff! Dr. Sheahan is a miracle worker, she was able to diagnose and operate on my cat after several other specialists couldn't identify her condition. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain things and answer your questions, and it feels like they really care about you and your pet.

Dr. Sheehan healed our dog! We have been seeing her for ~1 year and she has helped us manage our dog's glaucoma. We covered all options and eventually opted for a minimally invasive surgery she recommended that left him feeling good as new. The office staff is all very sweet and kind!
