Walmart Vision & Glasses

My experience with the Doctor was very informative he give you good details about every exam they do on your exam he takes his time to explain and he answers every question I ask .

I should have read the reviews. I too was duped by Walmart as I read in someone else's review. Got my eye exam done there waited a bit even though I had an appointment but that wasn't the issue. Once I picked my frames, went through the options for the lens and added a few more features as the person helping me indicated that my insurance covered a good portion of the cost. Paid a little out of pocket, received my glasses on time and then 2 1/2 months later I get a bill in the mail to pay another $200 on top of what I already paid. Called the number on the bill they were the most unhelpful representatives. Told me to go into the store. Went to the store they told me to call the number on the bill. They told me that I could leave my information and they would look into it and call me even though I was at the store during business hours. What a bait and switch. Tricked me to add more features, said it was covered by insurance and then charge me more months later saying that they just provide an estimate of what the insurance covers. Are you kidding me? They were off by $200? I guess if you already have the glasses it's too much trouble to return it so now you have to just pay them. Definitely a scam!

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Valeria and Alexis. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. Valeria, the manager, runs the Vision Center with professionalism and genuine care, you can tell she truly values her customers and her team. She answered all my questions with patience and clarity, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Alexis was also amazing, friendly, helpful, and attentive. He made sure I understood all of my options, and his attention to detail made me feel confident in my choices. You can tell he takes pride in doing things right. Together, Valeria and Alexis made the experience easy, quick, and actually enjoyable. If you're visiting the Walmart Vision Center, you're in great hands with this team. Highly recommend!

I had to return some contacts and get a different brand due to another employee's lack of communication. Thanks to Joseph I was provided great service. He went out of his way to get my insurance reinstated the same day instead of me waiting 4-8 weeks. He's very kind and glad he's the one that helped me today.

Valeria, Alexis, and David are the ultimate team here. Valeria is the wonderful manager, and Alexis and David are the pros that adjust glasses til' they fit perfectly. Highly recommend this location!

I got an appointment for an eye exam today with Dr Le for one hour from when I called. the receptionist was friendly and professional, as well as the doctor. i was in and out in less than an hour with my prescription in hand. great experience, definitely would recommend.
