The eye exam I received from Doctor Tai was my first at this location and it was unquestionably the best such exam that I have experienced. This frankly came as a bit of a surprise because I chose the office of Cindy Chang OD, LLC primarily for its convenience of location and schedule. I didn't expect such a comprehensive, kind and professional appointment that provided all the time I needed to zero in on the perfect prescription for my contact lenses and eyeglasses. I'm one of those annoying patients who can never distinguish which lens gives the best acuity and constantly goes back and forth trying to read that elusive bottom line of letters. Doctor Tai was patient and encouraging and never rushed the process and I feel I got the best of all possible results. She also provided a great overall assessment of my eye health with solid recommendations for better care and options for my persistent dry eye issue. I'm very pleased with my experience and definitely recommend Doctor Tai at the practice of Cindy Chang OD, LLC.
