The eye doctor and eyeglasses technicians are so professional. They are very patient and detailed. They are more than willing to answer any questions I had. They set me up with glasses that fit me perfectly. They had my glasses prepared and ready to use in no time. All the staff here are great and I would highly recommend coming here for your vision needs.

Felt pressured into buying a $400+ frameless frame once my insurance coverage was known, and after all the lens upgrades (high-index, anti-glare, etc.), the total came out to around $700+. I had clearly expressed concern that my strong prescription might not work well with this style, but was told it would be fine, it wasn't. The lenses came out extremely thick and distorted light, making the glasses uncomfortable and basically unusable. The prescription also feels off. My long-standing prescription was also changed (weakened) without a clear explanation and now causes eye strain. When I later requested my contact prescription to order elsewhere, one eye was entered incorrectly (way off), which I thankfully caught before ordering. Even the trial contacts didn't match the written prescription. Overall it felt disorganized, sales-driven, and careless with something as important as vision care.

First visit was amazing in every way. My second visit was good, but they didn't order my transitional so they had to reorder them again. The third I got my transitional but my prescription was off so they had to reorder it "again'. My last visit they got my prescription right but I had to wait and then when I did get them the lady who works the front desk brought them out and gave them to me and said "here you go and good bye." I was like really!!! Now my glasses won't stay on my face, when I bent over the other day they fell off and I just barely caught them. I dont want to go back there because of how I was treated the last visit. So now I paid alot of money for glasses that won't stay on my face.

Waited two weeks for someone to tell me my lenses were ready. I had to call to find out that they were indeed ready, just no one contacted me. Then, when picking up my lenses I was told the price I was quoted originally was incorrect and was cheaper than expected. Unfortunately, I don't make a lot of money and I use an HSA. So, in order to meet the price I was quoted, I had sell some stuff. To then find out that the original quote was wrong is extremely frustrating not only because no one had told me ahead of time but also because, as it turned out, I didn't need to sell anything to pay the balance and now I cannot get back what I had sold.

I didn't appreciate being told to stop talking in my recent visit. The reason we pay for these appointments is so we can TALK to the Dr and express our concerns. I probably would not come back again due to the lack of patience; just let the customer finish talking as opposed to telling them not to talk. Prior to this visit with Rachel I also saw Dr Anderson for the same issue (eye watering due to lashes growing downward rather than outward or up). She tried to sell me expensive IPL treatments not covered by insurance. I did not feel cared about by either Dr. They did have a great Dr that worked here who made you feel listened to, but she now works at Lenscrafters and is out of network.

The optometrists here ate really knowledgeable and very soft spoken. The entire staff is also very helpful with every aspect of optometry. Been going there for years and I am very satisfied with their services. They are using technology very well. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent experience with the entire staff. Dr. Anderson was very knowledgeable and explained everything during the examination. The staff were very helpful and patient in assisting my son and I as we looked for the perfect glasses. Also, they had a very nice selection of frames to choose from. I definitely reccomend!

This appointment went so smooth and easy for my 7 year old daughter. The front office staff was super nice and sweet. Dr. Tran was AMAZING! She was great with my daughter and explained everything thoroughly to me. Afterwards, picking out glasses was super easy and fun. Andrew explained the costs and insurance coverage so it all made sense and there were no hidden fees. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a friendly place!
