I am so glad I found Dr. Justin Ogoy! From the moment I walked in & saw a personalized welcome sign with my name on it, I knew this office was special. The atmosphere was inviting, the wholesome Christian music was a thoughtful touch, & the entire team made me feel genuinely welcome. Dr. Ogoy is kind, knowledgeable, & refreshingly down to earth (& genuinely funny!) When he asked me to "look at his ear" during the exam, I couldn't help but note "it's a fine ear," which became the running joke of the appointment. It perfectly reflects how relaxed & comfortable he makes the experience. He took his time, was thorough & informative, & made sure I understood everything -- including the friendly reminder to take my contacts out by 5pm & rest my eyes from my work every 20 minutes. "Doctor's orders" The staff is just as wonderful. Specifically Ailyanna, she is personable, helpful, & proactive in making sure I take full advantage of my insurance benefits. I never once felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't need or couldn't afford. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience here from beginning to end! Dr. Ogoy is so kind, knowledgeable, and consciencious, and explained everything so well. The office is beautiful and modern with impressive equipment for the eye exam, and everyone was friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable with the entire process and highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Ogoy is the best. I actually followed him from his last office to his new practice. Excited to see he is up and running at his new location. Office is clean, welcoming and modern. Dr. Ogoy takes care of his patients and you can tell he actually cares and enjoys what he does. It sounds simple but he's one of the only doctors I visit that listens, and asks me if I have questions. He's very thorough and makes sure all your questions are answered before you leave. Best optometry experience yet. Dr Ogoy was much more thorough than other places I've been too (lenacrafters and focus vision). Even after getting my prescription, he still made final adjustments once I did my fit. He also took much more time for every little step to ensure my lens prescription was perfect. He was very nice and I was very thankful. Couldn't find a single thing to say badly about this place. I would highly recommend.

I rarely bother to write reviews, I mean it is RARE! This review I simply had to. I moved to the Yucaipa/Redlands area about 5 years ago and could not find an optometrist I liked. After calling other places and doing my research I came across Bright Sight Optometry. I couldn't be any happier because I FINALLY found a place for me and my family. I appreciated the time Dr. Ogoy gave us and how he was so patient with my son and I. He took the time to actually listen to my concerns and answered my questions. Everything was GREAT! From the ladies who greeted us to the Dr. to the place itself. I highly recommend Bright Sight Optometry. Amazing staff and great location!

What an amazing office! I needed an emergency appointment for my son, and they were able to get him in right away. I was a little late due to the weather, and they still accommodated us. We had no wait time, and Dr. Ogoy was thorough and did not rush us. He even called the pharmacies to make sure they had the prescribed drops available -- that's unheard of nowadays. Thank you, Dr. Ogoy and staff, for taking such great care of us!

The best optometrist I've ever seen, and best eye exam I've ever had.;explains step by step of different exams and procedures. Very professional & knowledgeable, answered all my questions and tolerated my jumping out of the exam chair as I suffer from panic attacks. Ailyanna is super smart, profient and easy to talk to.. Top notch equipment and impeccably clean office.great glass selection that doesn't overwhelm u. Will not go anywhere else! Thank you Dr.Ogoy and Ailyanna
