This office changed the time and LOCATION of my legally blind mother's appointment without notice. No phone call, no letter, nothing. This is AFTER I called to verify the appointment earlier in the same week. Nobody was going to tell us that they moved the appointment from Redlands to San Bernardino until we showed up. My mother also has mobility issues, which makes travel a hassle and this office couldn't do the most basic courtesy of NOTIFYING us of a location change an entire city away (during rush hour traffic time). Ridiculous!

Unprofessional unfriendly and disgusting. This lady (receptionist) needs to learn professionalism and manners she has coughed into the air without a mask or covering her mouth more than 5 times. She has released so many droplets into the air is crazy. Won't be back to this place. Find a better location with better customer service and health conscience establishment

Over 1 hour late for my appointment. Absolutely no excuse for this. Some of us do have lives. Very frustrated. Also not getting the help with the diagnosis that I need. Had to come back multiple times still waiting to see if I will get some response that makes sense
