I appreciated the time taken with me during the eye exam. I actually had an intern assist and do all the testing. He listened to me when I explained different things about my eyesight. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He made sure I understood all that is going on with my eyes that was shown from the tests.

My husband and I went to Dr.Satpal for the first time yesterday, and I would definitely recommend his office. The girls in the front were so friendly, and very patient with us, we did have our little one who was a little cranky and they were definitely understanding. Dr. Satpal does a great job with explaining everything regarding your vision.

The entire staff, particularly the receptionists and doctors; are very rude, unfriendly, and arrogant.
Upon arriving to your appointment, the receptionists don't greet nor guide you through your check-in process.
The doctors make you feel as if you're an inconvenience to their time and will rush you through your exam.
The overall environment of this office is highly unfriendly and unwelcoming.
Would not recommend this office.
Will not be returning.
