My Eye Guy Optometrist - Eye Care Exam Center Redlands

I brought in eyeglasses to be adjusted. The frames were beautiful miCrO Shapes titanium ones from Japan, less than a year old. The staff said they could adjust them for no charge but broke the temple piece weld off instead. Look at all of the fingerprints on the lenses! No regard for property. Pretty terrible way to treat a customer coming off the street.

I want to begin by advising any one with interest to take the leap and go go go. As a second time customer and a life long eye glasses wearer, I assure you no regrets. My Eye Guy team of professionals provided me a gratifying and unparalleled optometric experience. From the moment of entry, the welcoming environment displayed by the kind staff assured me comfortability and trust. As a person with social anxiety who struggles to shop for glasses, I would like to thank Aylin and Mario, for there professional Etiquette. Both employees were very kind and answered all my questions with a great deal of care and understanding. Aylin and Mario also took there time to help me choose a pair of glasses suited for me from there treasure trove collection.I was also very pleased with the promotional discount for Loma Linda Medical Center Employees, which was promised and fulfilled. Thank you!!! I will not forget to include Dr.Lee who provided me a comprehensive and personalized eye care visit. The exam was well orchestrated, and Dr.lee thoroughly answered my concerns regarding my eye health. I appreciate the way he listened and answered my questions and I enjoyed his lessons and analogy on the optic nerve. Dr.Lee made sure I understood his responses. The selection of frames was below par and when I asked if they could re order my current name brand frames, they said they are unable to make special orders at this time because they just did a large order and they were waiting on delivery. I now have to find a new eye dr office that either carries the popular brand frames I want or are willing to order the frames for me. My previous optometrist in Rancho placed the special order for me twice without an issue over the years. I was hoping the same would be true with your facility since I recently relocated to redlands and didn't want drive that far back to Rancho. Guess I'll have to make the drive. Front desk attendant was very nice and professional.

Amazing staff and doctor! Excellent vibe with a great music choices making it a very welcoming atmosphere and experience. Being a first time patient and never having to get an eye exam done I was terrified. This place took that fear away! Highly recommend!

This is my favorite eye place! The employees are super helpful and are amazing at helping you find your best fit! Everyone is super nice!! I don't remember his name, but the one gentleman was super helpful and walked with me through the store giving me options to try!!

The doc. Felt like a friend. The facilities are clean and awesome. The reception staff handed business. This was my first time for an eye exam and I don't think I'll go anywhere else. Thanks again gang!
