My daughter and I went in for exams and glasses. The office staff were very kind and Bernice was exceptional. Doctor Navarro was all factual. Neither kind nor unkind. He wasn't the chatty kind. He did say my daughter's prescription was stronger than it should have been, so he lowered it. We will see how that goes. Her being special needs, I would imagine It's hard to get the right prescription. I would recommend this office.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and very professional and knowledgable. One of the girls even repaired a pair of glasses I did not buy from them that my dog tried to eat! Good service and great personalities!

My third time here. The Doctor and staff are great. Newest high tech equipment. Bought a pair somewhere else and couldn't see at night. I'm a Truck Driver and have to see good all the time.

My Mom went to this office for eyeglasses.... 8+ weeks later and 3 different measurement errors by the office staff she still does not have her glasses. My Mom has had to go back 3+ times and every time they get some measurement incorrect causing yet another delay. She keeps getting told two weeks and again two weeks go by and no glasses. On one occasion they tried to tell my mom they were waiting on her insurance when she had already paid the full balance out of pocket, causing yet another delay. The last two weeks go by only to be told it will be another 5 days because the machine at the lab is broken. It's so difficult to understand the neglect and lack of care or compassion from an office like this. Overall experience has been nothing short of underwhelming. When I called on behalf of my Mom...they were very nonchalant about the situation, unapologetic and taking no responsibility and accountability for all the previous errors. In my long experience in customer service, with things in and out of our control a good business will attempt to make things right. In our case they have offered no course of action to remedy or compensate for the situation. At this point we hope and will be lucky to have her glasses in 5 days. In the meantime we will be looking for an alternative business for any future services.

Dr. Navarro is wonderful and the staff are very friendly. I work as a physician assistant in urgent care and I would recommend any of my family or patients to Dr. Navarro. Thorough evaluation, good bedside manner, clear instructions, recieved my lenses in 7 days, good quality glass. Got me right in and took extra time to see me. He discovered abnormal lesions on my retina and took time to take extra pictures as there is concern that these lesions may be linked to colon cancer. He even took time to explain things to me. And when I followed up with a GI doctor, took again extra time to discuss the lesions with my now GI doc. I'll be getting further workup in the next few weeks and I'm doing well. I'm grateful to Dr. Navarro and his staff for their high quality of work. This finding has likely been present for years, but was missed by other optometrists. And information like this isn't pleasant to hear, but it could save a life and the sooner you know, the better.
