I drive all the way from Riverside for my eye exams and glasses because this office is that good. The staff is friendly, efficient, and makes the whole process easy from beginning to end. Even the dreaded puff-of-air test is quick and painless, and they're great about helping you find the right frames. Professional, welcoming, and well run.

I've been a patient here for many years. I consider Dr Mateka my friend. She's always willing to help me figure out my eye issues/eyeglasses with grace and always assures me my issue will be solved. Thank you for tending to your customers in such a way! God bless

Have been going to Redlands Optometry for years. I have been pleased with the service from scheduling my appointments to the thoroughness of my exams. They also have a decent selection of glasses. No issues with my eye glass prescriptions either. Would definitely recommend.

Made an appointment here and missed it, got sent a 40 dollar bill but they never not once said that there's a fee if you miss the appointment. I had no time to reschedule other wise I would have. I spoke with the better business bureau and they told me That unless I was told before hand that it's not legal to actually charge a bill for the fee. Honestly , that should be explained before the appointment is even made. Anticipating that response since whoever runs your google page is argumentative, I made the appointment over the phone and I 100 percent was not told that there was a fee . I'm not hard of hearing, she did not mention it. If that's how you like to scam people for money okay! But since you cannot pull this review down or delete it I will make it known. That you are this way. I spoke with the better business bureau already put in a formal complaint, You responded exactly how I pictured. Do better , and I will not be paying the 40 nor will I recommend your service to anyone, I'll actually do the opposite! Thank you

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They knew about my chronic pain and made the procedures as pain free as possible to accommodate me. They treated me with kindness and dignity.

The care is excellent and they have a variety of glasses options. But my favorite part is that they treat all their patients with respect. Regardless of orientation, gender identity, race, etc. That's a big deal to me.

I have been a patient here for some time now. Each visit / exam has been thorough and personalized to my individual needs. Even through COVD, the staff have been professional and courteous. Explanation of my benefits are always part of my visits, and any eye glass adjustments are made when needed without question. Thanks for such great care.
