Always so nice and great family business, very happy with service hve been going here for over 8 years.

I wanted to give them a 0. I'll give them 1 star Bad quality glasses they break easily. I don't recommended. They did a bad work on my glasses my insurance payed almos $300. And I pay almost $200. Out my packet. They Did a wrong prescription on my glasses. When I went back the guy was trying to charge me for another pair of glasses. Totally Ripoff.

Eyeglass Specialist Lives Up to Their Name! I cannot thank Eyeglass Specialist enough! My son lost his seeing glasses on a weekend, and after going to multiple LensCrafters and local optometry offices, I kept getting told the same thing: a 7-10 day wait because of his high prescription. Then I found Eyeglass Specialist, and they truly saved the day. I walked in on a Monday, and by Tuesday, they had my son's glasses ready, perfectly made, at an amazing price, and with outstanding customer service. They didn't just meet expectations, they exceeded them. Their name absolutely speaks for itself. Having an in-house lab made all the difference, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people quickly and correctly. I was in and out of their location within 20 minutes! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants fast, professional, and high quality service. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I have been getting my glasses with Eye glass specialist for almost 15 years. The customer service that Jim and Jimmy offer me is ALWAYS the greatest. I always feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I am always 100% satisfied with the quality, service and price at this location. I highly recommend you check them out. You will not regret it.

Worst experience I've ever had trying to get glasses I payed express shipping for my new glasses and I did expect the to be backed up or come in late but six weeks later i finally have my glasses and they never informed me that it was going to be late and I went in three times and each time the would tell me to wait till the next week and the next week and when I finally came back after two week of waiting for just new frames remind you they never called me in but each time I went my glasses were ready and there they just never called. But the glasses I got after 2 weeks were loosely framed so I was going to have to wait to get a fixed one I was told I could have temporary frames till the got the other one but those broke quickly after and I waited three weeks for those glasses and when I came in to ask if they had it and didn't call me again the had them the whole time and put them up for display and after all that when I asked if it was possible for a refund because that was obviously not one week express or express at all he told me that i had only waited half a week so no I couldn't get a refund. I went in on 7/14 and it is 8/12. And this isn't the first time something like this has happened. Overall terrible experience

LOVE this place their customer service is AMAZING. They are never rude and always welcome you with a smile. Any time something happens to my glasses they fix them within the time period they give you. I've been going for the past 5+ years and I'm never disappointed

I have been dealing with this place for many years, they accept numerous insurance plans and they will get your glasses or contact lens to you in a very timely manor. The staff is very friendly heresy well, I have never hand any problems here so far and I have been bringing my family here for at least 4-5 years. Thank you Eye Glass Specialists I have tried a couple other places that were closer to me, But nothing compares to this place.

Amazing place! I was originally going to Walmart for my exams but i am now going here love how they have a lay away that's a plus! . The lady in front office is so sweet and nice they really treat and care for their customers. They will go that extra mile and their prices a great as well
