I've been going to this place for years and never had an issue until today. I had my eye exam a week ago and after the eye exam i had some pressure type feeling coming from my right eye and blurryness. waited a week to see if the issue will resolve on its own. It didnt so i called them explaining that i experience my right eye issue after my visit a week ago and wonder if the doctor can recheck my eye out again in case he missed something. They schedule an appointment for 11am. I took the day off from work to come in just for them to tell me that there was going to be a $55 copay. The money wasnt the problem but if i experience blurriness and eye pressure after my exam that you guys did, i think you guya should be rechecking my eyes out on your guys dime.

Initially, I gave them a five star went in to get my exam on November 5 picked up my glasses a few weeks later the wrong prescription. The gal said she'd re-order new lenses and I should have them in a few weeks here we are January 3. nobody even put the new order in so here I am almost 60 days out no glasses. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the person that I spoke with on the day. I picked my glasses up so nobody knows who dropped the ball, but I'm still without my glasses in here. We are in the new year..

Great service as always. Dr. Fleischmann never rushes your exam. Always takes the time to be thorough. Sometimes you might wait a spell longer than expected but once you're in the room you'll understand why. His staff is outstanding. I like keeping my business local. I've used this practice for four years. I don't plan on using anyone else.

It's a great experience going to this office. He's a wonderful doctor. Been going there for years and the optician Kent is very good. He'll help you pick out the perfect glasses. Good prices too. Small office. Infrequently have to wait. Thank you all!
Now here I am a year later ordering 2 pair of glasses. I get a call that my glasses are ready. I make an appointment to go pick them up. Only one pair was there. Now I have to go back again to get the other pair. Wasn't very happy about it. They need to get their communication down a little better.

I accompanied my wife to her appointment. The staff got us in very quickly and the doctor was ready to see us right away. He was very informative and patient with all of our questions. His exam was very thorough and he even came out to answer more of our questions while choosing frames and thinking about contacts. The exam was very affordable as well.

I am confident my eyes are well cared for and my yearly exams are thorough, resulting in the correct prescription for my glasses. Their frame selection is varied enough that I'm always able to find exactly what I have in mind and looks good on me. That goes for the sunglass frames, too! Stop in. You'll be glad you did!
