My kids and I have been going here for a several years now and Dr. Upshaw is always great to see! He really pays attention to what matters in eye health and always makes sure that you are comfortable with your glasses or contacts! The ladies at the front desk are ALWAYS awesome, friendly, and super helpful! Love coming here and will never go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to! 10/10!!! I had such a great experience at Rodeo Family Optometry today. I needed a new patient exam on very short notice, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and make it happen. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Upshaw was calm, personable, and extremely knowledgeable--he took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire visit feel relaxed and comfortable. It's rare to find an office that's this efficient and kind. I will absolutely be recommending Rodeo Family Optometry to my family and friends!

Dr. Kopiko and staff are fantastic. They are all friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The pre-exam testing is done quickly and comfortably. When it's my appointment time I barely sit down for a couple of minutes before I'm taken back - WINNING! I'm in and out in 30-minutes or less, but everything is done thoroughly. This office, its doctor and staff click all the "extremely satisfied" boxes. Buy with confidence!

My appointment today went great as usual. Dr. Kopiko really explained the reason I was having certain issues with my eyes that I didn't understand before. The receptionists Maria and Leilani are so friendly and helpful when I'm picking out glasses and informing me about my VSP perks. I love Rodeo Family Optometry.

Rodeo Family Optometry is truly amazing. My son had an appointment today, and on our way there the police had blocked the road, forcing us to take a long detour that made us late. I called to let them know, and they were so understanding and patient since it was completely out of our control. When we arrived, the process was fast and smooth. They handed me the paperwork right away, and my son was called back almost immediately. The doctor was very kind and took the time to explain everything clearly about my son's vision, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful especially when it came to helping my son pick out the right glasses. Their professionalism and warmth made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Rodeo Family Optometry. They truly care about their patients and provide excellent service from beginning to end.
