Wonderful staff, techs & doctor. Dr Edward Kim is terrific, tells you what he's doing & looking at during eye exam. You don't feel rushed & I highly recommend Harvard Eye Associates. Excellent well oiled operation so to speak. Lots of people in office but they operate smoothly, on time & pleasant caring staff.

Very pleased with Harvard Eye. The technician was very professional and polite administering my eye exam and Dr. Karen Skavarna was very helpful and explained my eye issues completely. Dr. Skavana arranged a follow-up examination with Dr. Rouhani. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. My appointment with Dr. Rouhani was also a very pleasant experience. Dr. Rouhani took her time and answered all my questions about my eye issues. Harvard Eye is very lucky to have Dr. Rouhani and she is addressing my eye problems. Thanks again for such a professional and positive experience.

The staff at Harvard Eye San Clemente always acknowledges you when you arrive, even if it's just to let you know they'll be with you shortly. Doctor Jeffrey Jacobs is fantastic! He is kind, knowledgeable, skilled, professional, a good listener, patient, ethical and humble. Even though I am being treated for trichaisis which can be very painful during the multiple anesthetic injections in my eyelids he is so gentle and empathetic that I can actually say I look forward to seeing him. I can't share about him without acknowledging his loyal assistant Amanda who is also a shining star! I highly recommend Doctor Jeffrey Jacobs. The entire team treats you like family!

It is rare these days to see a doctor, any doctor, and feel like they actually have your best interests in mind. I felt that way at Harvard. They did not push or try to upsell in any way. In fact, they helped me to understand my insurance coverage and the options it provided.

I had recently noticed some alarming changes in my eyes. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days. Then, I was mistaken about the time of my appointment and they were extremely kind and worked me into their schedule. I was relieved to find out that there's nothing seriously wrong. And everyone was very knowledgeable and efficient and kind. I would definitely recommend Harvard Eye to my family and friends.

Dr. Choi is a very thorough and caring optometrist. She is very concise with her answers to any questions that I have. I always enjoy coming to the office because of her and the team!

Harvard Eye always does a comprehensive check. They are well staffed and the doctors always explain things well. The only drawback is the wait time. I never get out in less than 90 mins!
