The new technology means there's no need for dilation & no need to have somebody pick you up. Brianna was very nice & patient. She tried to help with my Medi-Cal card, but I don't think it worked. Alternatively, there are flexible payment options via Affirm.

I had a great experience. All Associates were competent and knowledgeable. Dr. Able listened to my need and struggles with my sight. He helped me find the correct RX for bifocals. I will definitely come back.

First time here and loved everything. From scheduling our appointment online with later times and weekends available made it easy to get in asap! Confirmation over the phone was great and service inside was even better. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful.

Optometrist is very professional and prompt during the exam. Front desk did great job with fitting for frame and financial part. The lady that did the pre-exam part seemed to know her stuff was was a bit too chatty for my taste.

My experience was not good! I had an appt that I made during my lunch hour and even after arriving a bit early, had to wait over 20 minutes. I ended up leaving. My time is just as valuable as the Dr.s and I don't appreciate being expecting to wait so long. Was a first time customer/patient and will never return or refer this office. If I could opt for half of 1 star I would.

Horrific experience. Was so bad that we walked out after one of the Dr came in with a hostile verbal attitude towards me twice. After he came in and made his comments the second time I said, that's it.We're doing, we won't come here.And I'll let everybody know to never go to this place.It was not a good experience at all. Which made us sad because we liked your policies.And we liked the choices of glasses you had.But to be forced to have a machine done for an exam.That was just done two weeks before by my ophthalmologist.Who kept me from going blind was ridiculous to force us to do that and to pay for their machine.Basically,. I brought all my medical records in from my doctor's appointment.My ophthalmologist appointment from two weeks before where they ran all the diagnostic test already.I already know that my vision has areas where I don't have any vision.And I know that there's medical diagnosis I'm already being treated for my eyes. .I knew all of that.I just wanted to have a refraction done.So I could get a prescription.So I could get glasses, but the way that the doctor treated us even though we hadn't even seen him yet was disrespectful.And very unnecessary, so my mom, because of the way the doctor talked to me, didn't even want to be seen either.So both of us walked out. Was just an awful, awful, awful experience that i've never experienced in any doctor's office ever.And I am a medical office administrator. Don't go here unless you want to see the opthalmalogist also and want to pay $54.00 to have them run a test on there me machine that insurance companies won't cover. Don't ask Nora any thing or the pompous Dr will come in and repremand you even if your an adult or senior. He is so arrogaunt. I am reporting this entire incident to VSP
