I walked in to get my eyes examined and had a very pleasant experience. Although I didn't have an appointment, they were able to fit me in for an examination. The receptionist and the doctor were extremely pleasant and efficient. I got a thorough exam and an updated prescription without any hassle.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience in the hopes that others can make informed decisions when it comes to their eye health. Unfortunately, my visit to Dr. Chang was not a positive one. I was given an incorrect prescription that caused significant discomfort and strain. I wore the glasses for a short period before realizing something wasn't right. When I contacted the office to address the issue, Dr. Chang's response was simply, "That's been established." There was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to-ensure my eye health was protected moving forward. I was simply given the exact same prescription as what I showed to be from my last exam. This level of indifference is not only unprofessional, it's dangerous. Wearing an incorrect prescription can lead to long-term vision issues, headaches, and even worsening of eye conditions if not addressed properly. Eye care should never be treated as a guessing game. I would urge anyone considering this provider to proceed with caution. Our vision is far too important to risk on dismissiveness or negligence.

Dr. Chang is great. He is very flexible to work with. Brought in my old favorite Polo frames for new prescription and there was a flaw or defect in the left lense. He immediately orders me a new set of lenses for it. Even my wife and kids are his patients now. Great office staff, Ms. Rina and Ms. Stella. UPDATE: Dr. Brad Chang never disappoints. Great service, selection and pricing!! Always "service with a smile." Zeiss lenses are great.

My husband and I love Dr. Chang! We started coming to him 2 years ago after trying a string of other clinics to which we will never return. Staff here is knowledgeable, helpful, congenial and all around rock stars! We are on Medical due to finances but they never treated us differently even when I was experiencing homelessness and that is a HUGE issue for me, as we ALL deserve to be treated with dignity and respect! Dr. Chang does exactly that!

First time comming here a couple of months ago because I needed to renew my prescription and I told Dr Chang I would get headaches when wearing glasses. He advised me to get a less stronger prescription than my previous doctor would give me and currently not experiencing anymore headaches with my new glasses! Also lady at the reception was very kind and efficient.

Dr. Chang was very kind and personable. And the receptionist was very flexible and helped me reschedule my appointment last minute without a problem. Great experience!

I love Dr. Chang, he takes his time to talk too you and see what you need for eye. He's very dedicated to his work and to his patients. I've been going to him for three years and it's best choice I've made in picking my optometrist.
