I could tell she and the other office employees were on my side - they were transparent about pricing and service options and went out of their way to ensure I had the best products and services that my insurance would cover.

Dr. Szeto strikes the perfect balance--professional and meticulous while also being warm and personable during the examination. Bill was incredibly helpful in finding glasses that work for both my prescription and my style. The moment you walk in, the friendly staff greets you warmly, and they're equally responsive over email. Dr.V Szeto was recommended by friends many years ago and even though she relocated I still will make the journey to her office for my yearly exam She cares about her patients. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure you are provided with all the details about your eye care after a very thorough exam.. I also enjoy seeing Bill, he has helped me pick out the best frames and keeps up with the new trends in eyeware. They both are highly recommended.

Dr. Szeto is so diligent, year after year. She is great at explaining things that impact me and my eye health. And her office is amazing- great staff, excellent eyewear fashion advice (Bill! The best!). An all-around excellent experience!
