Three or four months ago, they called me to schedule an appointment because they said they had received a referral from my doctor. Then, a few days before my appointment they call me and, they said they couldn't find my primary or assigned hospital, and that if I showed up, they wouldn't be able to see me. I explained that I have no hospital. I explained that I go to a clinic and tell them the name of my primary doctor and the address an my type on insurance. Once more I have a call again ask me for the same question that I decided to cancel the appointment myself instead of showing up and being turned away the day of my scheduled appointment.
