Dr Heiden and everyone at the clinic is totally professional, affable, and service-oriented. I have confidence in him and them. The clinic is clean, nicely appointed and welcoming. The only thing that'd work better for me is for the wait time to be reduced. Time for each of the various tests didn't take long. Ditto for time with the good doctor. But the wait in between was lengthy.
