I was visiting from Minnesota while dealing with a serious eye issue involving elevated pressure and inflammation. I brought my previous doctor's notes with me, and from the moment I walked in, she treated me with such care, patience, and thorough attention. She didn't rush. She listened. She took the time to understand my history and made sure every detail was considered. What stood out most was how genuinely concerned she was about my wellbeing. I truly felt like I wasn't just another patient on the schedule -- I felt cared for. I saw her on a Friday, and she even gave me her personal cell number, insisting that I call if anything worsened or if I felt unsure. That level of dedication and compassion is rare. It felt less like a transaction and more like someone advocating for my health the way a mother would for her child. When I relocate to San Francisco, she will absolutely be my regular eye doctor. As a new patient to Dr.Barts office I found them to be efficient with all check-in paperwork, on-time with appointment, most unusual for a doctor's office, no delay in seeing the doctor, a thorough examination and prompt diagnosis. The office also facilitated renewing my prescription when I had a problem with the pharmacy..highly recommend Dr.Bart's practice.

Once I have had a red eye, ran to see Dr. Diley and was asked to take days off and a doctor notes will be given. Few hours later I haven't received the doctor notes, called to the office and the front dark was giving me attitude saying they r very busy and I have to wait. After 6 hours after visit, I got the doctor notes WITH a bill of the doctor notes. I forgot how much they charged already but this is the very very first time I have experience being charged with a doctor note for excuse of work. I called to the office telling them I was not told but the office say it was in the fine print( while you are talking to your patient with her her infection). I was lucky enough to have them giving me a discount for that note, they charged me $15 at last. This whole experience is unprofessional and ridiculous. Never will go back again.
