I chose her because she speaks my language, but I am truly disappointed after my appointment. I requested to opt out on one particular examination and she instantly gave me a very judgemental look. She tried to pressure me into doing it, which I'd explained my reason. I really don't mind a provider me sharing with me their perspective but it was her attitude and tone. She ended up making me feel like I'm stupid and uneducated for making my decision, and said "why are you here today then" with a reprimanded tone in my language. It made me feel so humiliated after the visit. I am absolutely not coming back to this optometrist. In fact, she is disgracing the UCSF brand. Very poor and unprofessional attitude.
