I have had good experience with Dr Carrie Lee exams and have been pretty happy with the glasses, but I can't say the same about the general organization.
Over the years, there have been repeated mishaps:
- unexpected delays,
- miscommunication,
- or no communication at all,
- things I have thought I ordered, to be told I had not, to be told one year later that I had never picked up the order...
Overall the store is pretty disorganized. I come back because the eye exam and the glasses are the most important part, but this has been very frustrating

To start off the location is pretty convenient since its close the Glen Park Bart station. I got there a couple minutes early before my appointment and I got help pretty soon after taking a seat. Everything was easy and went well the care of the workers and doctor was great and took time to adjust or explain anything if they needed.

I love Eyedentity. They have glasses that fit my low nose bridge and carry independent brands, which I really value. The staff are very patient, polite, and skilled. They never pushed me to purchase and gave thoughtful explanations to all things/add-ons lenses related for my prescription glasses order.
Maritza(? wearing scrubs) helped me adjust the frames I was purchasing as well as my current eyeglasses; it's made a world of difference. I originally thought my current pair just didn't fit me, but Maritza tried multiple tweaks to see what would work for me. I'm very grateful, and excited for my incoming pair!
