Super friendly, patient, knowledgeable and attentive team. Quick and welcoming communication over phone and email. Dr Bautista answered all my questions and even participated in the frame selection with advice specific to my prescription. Everyone made us feel like they genuinely care. And the selection of frames is exceptional, with lots of beautiful options for wider faces! I also really appreciated that the space is very pleasant for the senses: no fragrances, thoughtful lighting and nothing loud. A perfect human experience.

This review is long overdue, I've been seeing Dr. Bautista for over ten years and I have been consistently impressed with his care and attention to detail. He's extremely thorough in my annual eye exam, handled some medical complications as it relates to my eyes with great detail, and it's just a bonus that they don't need to dilate my eyes and can use a digital machine instead. Could not appreciate him and his office more. I also never get upsold on glasses and they make it easy to order contacts though my vision insurance.

The rest of the staff is great too - they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Appointments always start on time. They also have a great selection of unique frames. I like their practice so much that I drive into the city from Marin!
