I've been seeing Dr. Tsang for several years, and she is terrific. She has the best bedside manners--kind, patient, and attentive. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I feel comfortable and informed at every visit. I've never had anything but great experiences with her.
The office is just as wonderful. There's a fantastic variety of frames to choose from, and the staff are patient and supportive, especially since I take forever to make a decision. I never feel rushed, and they always make the process fun and stress-free.
I highly recommend Dr. Tsang and her team.

I'm very disappointed with this shop. I paid more than $400 for my glasses, and when I came in to adjust them, the staff member just pushed the frame with her hands. Now the alignment is uneven and the glasses fit worse than before. This is not the level of professional service I expected. I don't feel like they valued my time or my purchase.

The worst experience of my life, I took my 6-year-old autistic son level one and the optometrist who attended him was angry because the exam was taking longer than they had planned, I was attending him in a bad way and when my husband and I intervened he dared to tell us that that was not a place to take an exam on an autistic child, also upset I took my child out of the place obviously they could not finish the exam and my husband stayed mediating the situation, the optometrist had the Audacity to tell my husband to reschedule for another day and that it should be the last appointment of the day, due to my son's condition. That they scheduled their patients every 15 minutes. Anyway, total discrimination in the place, don't take your children to this place

We've been with Golden Vision several years and we love it.
Communication is easy, usually if I asked a question or request to set up appointment, they replied really fast sometimes even on the time they are closed.
Location is awesome, inside a shopping mall.
They had this portal that when you log into your account you saw your whole vision check up history, I love it.
& I love all the doctors here who ever help us.
Very patient knowledgeable and experienced.
Staff is awesome, all the eye exams became so fun like a game.
We had our 1st presbyopia Lindberg reading glasses (my husband) & Tori Burch sunglasses here.
After Comparing to so many places in SF ( Walked in & get a quote ), we choose Golden Vision.
