My mom has been going to this office for YEARS, almost her whole life. While we made a mistake about not informing them about her new insurance, they were quick to reprimand her for it (mind you she's elderly) and they were incredibly condescending and rude. The people who work the insurance claims are incredibly rude and disrespectful.
They also have adjusted the price of what she owes for her non-covered appointment (lowering it when they felt nice and making it higher to be mean). When we finally changed her insurance to one that the doctor accepts, they were condescending about telling us that she would have to pay a co-pay, as if we can't afford a damn copay.
These people never apologized, even when I confronted them about their rude behavior. The doctors here are really kind and have the best bedside manner ever, they've worked with the Latino community for years... the admin staff are completely horrible and repulsive.
