Dr. Terri Pickering was warm, professional, compassionate and most of all - highly detailed and thorough. I appreciate the high level of professionalism displayed not only by Dr. Pickering, but by all of the staff I encountered. The girls who assisted with the preliminary eye assessments right up to the receptionists. It is a very busy place but organized.
I highly recommend Dr. Terri Pickering. Her level of care & focus on all my various tests, I received was above and beyond my expectations. Top notch doctor and personality to match. Thank you for putting my mind at ease & going over the exam results so thoroughly.

Sent my previous opthamologist records 3 months prior to appointment. Terri Pickering never reviewed, didn't even know they existed. Appointment took over two hours, mostly sitting in waiting room. Stressed how important it was to compare records year to year, but never bothered to do so, not before appt, not during two hour wait in lobby, and not after.

Tucked in a Stephenson alley downtown San Francisco, the office is charming and warm. I received excellent care here from Dr. Lin. The staff here are helpful and friendly. This is a great area to spend time between a procedure and post-procedure evaluation.

I cannot express enough about how blessed I feel to have been referred to the San Francisco Glaucoma Center! The staff are wonderful, and the two doctors that I see, Dr. Iwach, who has performed eye surgery on me, and Dr Lin, who I have been in consultation with for cataract surgery both make me feel like I'm in the best hands possible. The billing department is very rude and unprofessional. I asked to resubmit my claim electronically from February 2023 with my insurance but the account manager refuse to do it. They keep submitting it by mail which doesn't work with my insurance.
They made a mistake with my phisical address in my profile so I never even received the bills. Very dissapointed

This is the fourth time I am coming to this place, and people are so disorganized. No appointment reminder, no promised email; you have to call for them to follow what they had promised to do. Today I was supposed to be seen at 115, and it is almost 2; no one is reaching out to let me know what is happening. I hope that they find a way to run the place efficiently because I like my Dr.
