Go Randall OD

I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but this situation warrants it. Yesterday, I visited the optometry office to pick up my glasses, and once again, the front desk staff was extremely rude. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue every time I have visited over the past two years. After reading previous reviews, I realized that I am not the only one who has experienced this problem. This kind of behavior will inevitably lead to a loss of customers. However, I want to emphasize that I have no complaints about the optometrists themselves--they have always done an excellent job. I sincerely hope that during my next visit, there will be a noticeable improvement in how customers are treated.

Me and my husband were on a mission from hell looking for an eye doctor who could treat his very bad eyesight dr after dr all over the bay not one new how to deal with this issue but finally we found a quality doctor!! Dr Randall and staff were amazing and now my husband can see again!! It's been 2plus yrs and were going back to check in and get a 2nd pair... your the man Dr Randall see you soon

I've been going to this optometrist for a long time and I'm always very satisfied with the service they do. The staff are so wonderful even the optometrist thank God that they took good care of my eye needs

I've been seeing Dr. Go for over 5 years now, and I can't recommend him enough. He's incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Whether it's a routine eye exam or helping find the right contacts or glasses, he always makes sure I'm well taken care of. The staff efficient and friendly and always gets me in/out in a timely manner. Dr. Go truly cares about his patients, and it shows in the quality of care he provides.

Have had great experience working with Dr. Go and staff. Both Dr Randall and Doug Go have empowered me to take care of my eye health, give me the right tips, resources and products to prevent worsening of me eyes. They are personable, reliable and easy to get a long with. Feels much less authoritative when they are simply acting as a friend to you but still providing their expertise. Staff has always booked me in quickly, getting me in and out in a timely manner. Appreciate the positive experience!

My 2 visits to this eye doctor was so pleasant, professional, breath taking. So the people that work at Randall Go has great smiles, and are very professional. Greets you in such a beautiful way, all you can do is smile too!! I Love this place & the people that run it, including Dr. Go!!

I had to come and say thank you to Dr. Go and his staff! I had a great experience with my exam and everything, but what I was really appreciative of was Dr. Go's consistent communication. A few days after my exam they let me know that, unfortunately, my frame broke during the glasses process. However, they presented a plan for replacing it and told me they would keep me updated on its status, good or bad. Sure enough the staff called to give me updates until they were ready to be picked up. I have never been communicated with so promptly at past offices, and it really made me feel like they were taking care of me.

I was looking for a new optometrist and saw that Dr. Go was listed on the top 100 optometrist list by "Newsweek", and now I see why. They still require masks, but will provide one if you don't have. The check in process is seamless. His staff was attentive, and accommodating. Dr. Go was thorough, and patient/informative while answering my questions. His affable nature felt like a conversation between old friends as he explained my vision and how to maximize my insurance. They had a wide-range of designer frames to choose from, but also had a selection of more economical options. I saw generations of families while in the office, and hope they continue their spot on the top 100 list - they have my vote!
