What a wonderful kind & unobtrusive customer care. Even though I have not picked up my glasses I wanted leave a mark. Really positive experience - I have never been to opticians where immediately fell in love with several frames. Looking forward to purchase my new glasses and expand this review

What a lovely store -- beautiful frames from top companies. I had specific requirements, and Annalise helped me Her expertise and customer friendly attitude were refreshing.

I meant to write this sooner, it was mid December & I had been at the city college John Adam's campus on Hayes St all day & my contacts had been in for 2 days. My left eye was so dry & irritated that it became unclear if my contact lens was still even in my eye. I looked on Google maps for the closest optometrist & this place was a 3 minutes drive. I went inside & told the 2 employees what was going on & they were so helpful & understanding. Not only did they give me a bottle of solution & 2 free pairs of contacts (I had a copy of my prescription on my phone), the Dr. Looked at my eyes w/ the big machine to help determine if there was anything inside my eye. If customer service is important to u,hyperoptics is worth checking out. Thanks again to the three staff!

LOVE THE STAFF!! The HyperOptics professionals are *the best* - warm, patient and thorough. They really know frames, lenses and contacts, and can address individual needs and quirks. Super duper folks!

My experience at HyperOptics set a new standard for eye care! Doctor Chow was quick, efficient, thorough, and answered all my questions/anxieties. The practice manager, Jeremy, was very kind and helped me find the perfect frames - when they ended up being slightly over my budget + insurance combo, he graciously helped meet me in the middle and I left super excited for my new glasses! The other optician up front, Annaliese, was also very friendly and welcoming. The store is open and spacious, with a good selection of higher-end glasses brands in a variety of shapes and sizes, and the clinic rooms in the back were clean, well-equipped, and comfortable.

I've been blind nearly my entire life and wearing glasses is my jam. This place changed my perception of what a great pair of frames and lenses can do for a person. The best pair of glasses I have ever had came from this place and the eye Dr. and her crew are unparalleled in service, precision, and care. I moved out of state and mourn my inability to continue to do my annual exams here!! They continue to help me find the best care in my new home state despite my no longer being a customer. If that doesn't speak volumes as to their integrity and character, I don't know what does!

I had a pair of sunglasses that were broken (bought somewhere else), brought them here and they fixed them in about 3 minutes and didn't charge me anything. Could not have been nicer. I told them the least I can do is give them a nice review in return, so here you have it. Thanks again for the free fix!

I bought my glasses there last year and the sales person was amazing! A really good experience! I came back last week to get a new glasses and the guys there weren't friendly at all. Unfortunately I decided to buy my glasses somewhere else
