The experience with her staff was excellent at LensCrafters San Francisco, CA. They greeted me as I walked in, checked me in for my exam, and helped me select glasses.
I had my exam with Dr. Jasmine Nguyen . It went well she explained everything throughly. Her knowledge is a specialty.
The only thing is I noticed Dr. Nguyen speaking to one of her hardworking staff members in a condescending tone, in a way to try to embarrass them while they were trying their best. She should speak more kindly to the staff.

I was very fortunate to receive excellent care from both Dr. Jasmine Nguyen and Dr. Marilyn Ng for my dry eyes. They used both the IPL and the radio frequency on both my eyelids and my upper cheek area. They were each very gentle with this procedure and it was not uncomfortable or painful. Plus they made the appointments very fun. They have the most high tech equipment available for both general eye exams and dry eye treatment and I highly recommend getting your care here.

Coming to Market Street Optometry for my annual eye exam is always my favorite doctor visit of the year. Dr. Jasmine Nguyen is fantastic. She is very pleasant and explains the exam results in a very detailed manner. The staff at LensCrafters is also amazing. In my most recent visit, GiGi helped me choose my new frames and assisted me with the lens options. She was very detail oriented and great communicator. She also applied all the available promos and insurance discounts that I was not even aware of. Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.
