I got some top notch service here. I went to a different Optometrist at first and was quoted for 1 pair of glasses for around $750. I decided to checkout Lakeside Optical and was able to get not 1, but 2 pairs of designer glasses for less than $500. I don't think I have ever gotten such a great deal in all my years of shopping for glasses. And just as another plus, they had a very good selection of glasses and at a variety of price points. I will surely be coming back again next time I need some glasses.

The owner has moved his shop but we reach him by the same phone number here. We had a pair of lenses that we liked, but the frame was broken. He managed to fit the lenses into a new frame. We also ordered another pair of glasses from him. Great quality at great prices. Strongly recommend!

On a gorgeous Saturday morning, I called numerous opticians so I can get glasses done on the same day. Nobody was able to meet my needs, but Emmanuel of lakeside optician was the man. I brought in my own frame and with the prescription, he was able make new lenses in his lab and I got my new glasses at the end of the day, job well done at a reasonable price. I needed to get my new prescription filled. Emmanuel welcomed me into the shop very warmly. I had a Ray-Ban frame with polarised sun lenses that I simply wanted to replace the progressive lenses. I also needed a new pair of everyday progressive lenses and new frame. In about a half hour I had chosen the frame and ordered all the options I wanted on the lenses. I had to wait a week for the lenses to be made. Emmanuel called be when they were ready. I arrived to retrieve my order and waited a few minutes for the new sunscreen lenses to be installed. The regular glasses were perfect as I tried them on while waiting. The sunglasses were perfect too. All in all my experience was pleasant and efficiently effective. The price was within budget and I left the shop very satisfied. I highly recommend Lakeside Optical. This a a small local business that really take good care of their customers.
