I cannot recommend Zach Southern at Kaiser Optical Center, SF Medical Center enough! After my cataract surgery, I was struggling to straighten out a very confused optical benefit record on the KP website. Zach was incredibly patient and knowledgeable in fixing this issue. Furthermore, he went above and beyond to help me select one among my brought-in new frames, guiding me to options specifically suitable and comfortable for my Asian-face shape which I have never satisfied before. A thoroughly great experience - again. I'd noted the wrong time for my appointment, so I was late. No problem. They fit me And Deanna, my optician, was extremely helpful in choosing my new frames. Very collaborative. She listened to my thoughts, gave me honest feedback AND she was patient while I tried on all the frames I wanted to - which is so important to me. Finally, after all that, I had placed my order and was out the door in 30 minutes. I love the new frames, by the way.
