I had to visit Opthomologist at Kaiser Mission Bay today for my appt. and for the first time visiting a Kaiser office over many years, I'm compelled to write this review: I've never been treated so kindly, professonally and respectfully from start to finish. The entire team was so gracious and in particular, Danielle at the check-in desk station #1 is an absolute gem! She greeted me upon entry, happily registered me even though I arrived way too early, as I waited she expertly multi-tasked while welcoming a new team employee, managing someone moving furniture in and out, asking me if I wanted my parking validated (rather than me having to ask after I run back from the garage later), patiently handled more patients as they filed in and registering them -- really, I had to pull her aside to let her know I didn't have a complaint, and instead, I wanted her to know her actions were noticed and appreciated. People often take the time to go online and complain but rarely compliment. Danielle and the whole team deserved a great big Thank You. Danielle should be a Kaiser team trainer! We'd all leave our doc's office a little less stressed when treated so kindly and more motivated to pay it forward everywhere we go. Totally made my day!

Daniel is super friendly and helpful. I really seems to enjoy his job and helping his customers. Be sure to ask for him if you are waiting for service.

Great service from the moment I arrived. Did my screening for my new prescription, and they even did my retina scan while I waited because they noticed I had an appointment a few days away already set. Said we can do it now, and cancel the other appointment. Picking out new frames and lenses was a breeze. Was done in about 15 minutes.

I was so surprised at the quality of care and concern shown. It was so different from my former experience from the Kaiser store over by Geary. (over ten years at least). I appreciated the time and concern I was shown. felt that was listened to and helped.

Mr. Melloy was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He made the experience very pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend him.
