After going to several eyeglass shops, my mom had given up on trying to find a place to convert her runway Gucci sunglasses to prescriptions. They were all too concerned about liability and my mom was willing to accept risk for such a customized job. The owner accepted the challenge and my mom has been so happy since. Lost my glasses at an airport hotel and myopically found my way to Felix. I got to his hole-in-the-wall shop just as it opened and Felix shuffled out like a grumpy bear, but he was patient and kind. There are only a few cases but plenty of sensible handsome frames. Within an hour and at a reasonable price I had new glasses that fit comfortably right away. Thank you Felix!

Do not recommend. I had a crack in my eye glasses repaired here, and they were returned with visible uneven epoxy around the frames. It was mentioned the repair might be visible, but if I had any idea it would be half this bad, I would have saved my $100.

Whether you're there to replace your frames or get a whole new pair this is the spot. Their speciality is vintage frames so you can save hundreds while still staying fashionable. They also have new frames across various popular brands at lower prices then all their punny, overly priced competitors where you're paying for the location and fancy interiors. Felix is very personalble and the entire experience was exceptional. I hope you have the opportunity to feel the same!

If you have vintage frames, Felix is great. I contacted him through email and was very responsive. He advised me where I can I get my eye exam, he replaced the lenses for my vintage 1950 glasses, cleaned them, and he was very accommodating when I asked if he can adjust the fit of my glasses after I left his shop. I will be returning back to him in the future.

We are a retail optical shop established in 1986, specializing in quality new and vintage discount eyeglasses, sunglasses, hard, soft and color contact lenses. We also do repairs on broken frames whenever possible and can use patient's own frames to replace the lenses. We can also put patient's old lenses in new frames. Our prices start at $100.00 complete for a pair of single vision glasses including frame and clear plastic lenses, $200.00 complete including a frame of your choice for regular flat top bifocals and $250.00 complete including a frame of your choice for progressive bifocals. Lots of different color tints are available, A/R coating as well as glass, photogrey, transitions, polarized, polycarbonate and other popular materials.
