I have been going to Sea Cliff Optometry since they opened. It is very convenient to where I live, the doctors are always great and the staff is very helpful. I was trying to keep the costs of my new glasses to a minimum and Darylle was so helpful in helping me do that, she even went in the back and got a new frame that had just come in that fit my budget .

Sea Cliff Optometry was the only place that answered the phone and was able to fit me in within a week. The entire experience was phenomenal, starting with the friendly and helpful staff. My appointment with Dr Lam was very efficient - she also made time to patiently answer all the questions I had about my RX, best practices, etc.!

They don't carry budget frames so your insurance might not cover the frames they offer. Not a huge deal for me since I generally order my frames online anyways.

Dr Rudyak and her assistant Alice are extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful and fun to work with. The eye exam was very thorough and informative. Dr. Rudyak went out of her way to be sure that my lenses were perfect. She is so caring and accommodating. It was fun selecting frames with Alice and I am very happy with my choices. They also worked with my busy schedule and made it so easy for me to get appointments that worked for me. I highly recommend Sea Cliff Optometry.

Dr. Rudyak is not only thorough, but a pleasure to work with. She made everything feel easy from scheduling, to the actual checkup, and then picking out/ordering glasses. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Rudyak and her staff. I felt very comfortable that I was in good hands and left feeling that I had a much better understanding of my current vision health and proper care for the future. To add, it was great too see they have a wide variety of frames you typically would not find in optometry places. So, I was able to walk out with a frame I normally would not have the option too try.

While patient care is top notch here when you're seeing an optometrist, customer care and patient care outside of scheduled appointments is frustratingly inconsistent. Sometimes I receive replies to my questions and other times I don't; sometimes I receive appointment reminders and other times I don't; I never received a reply to a voicemail; there was a contacts order that had been delayed months with no word; etc.
I love the optometrists here, but as consistency has continued deteriorating, I've gotten the feeling that they're just not a very organized operation. It's sad but it might be time to start shopping around after being a patient for years.
