Dr. Tanaka has been my ophthalmologist for over ten years, and has been wonderful. He identified a very early toxoplasmosis infection in my macula that enabled it to be treated before it could do serious damage. A few years later, I had a retinal detachment in the other eye that caused my visual field test to look like glaucoma, and he helped me avoid unnecessary treatment. He is very experienced and highly regarded in the medical community. I won't trust my eyes to anyone else.
