I purchased glasses from Dr. Dagron's office two months ago. After a month passed I went into the office to discover my glasses were ready but nobody bothered to call, and they were made with the wrong prescription. I had to convince the receptionists to check them after they tried to gaslight me into believing "they are supposed to be like that"
A second month has now passed, still no glasses. I went back in today, and they said they would call me back later. Never happened.
Ironic that they have this sign posted on the front desk- if you're not going to communicate with patients then you're creating your own problem.
