Warby Parker has a great selection and very helpful staff. I also appreciate that they donate a pair of glasses for each one they sell. The staff I spoke with were easygoing and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. There's plenty to choose from, the prices are very reasonable, and I really prefer being able to try frames on in person. I'll definitely be back next time.

Warby Parker is always a reliable experience but I quite enjoyed the one in Hayes Valley. It's larger than most stores I've been to so they had a wide selection of frames. I went to tigger and align two sunglasses and add prescription to an older frame. The staff were very attentive, and quick with my requests! I felt they were really careful with each piece but were happy to get me in and out quickly. Will return to this location in the future

I had the best customer service experience today with Fey, the lovely optician at the Hayes Valley store. I brought in my 10yr old and her glasses that were bent out of shape from being an active kid. Fey tightened and tuned them up and helped us order replacement for the scratched up lenses. Fey was extremely friendly and patient. She definitely knows what she's doing and provided us with fantastic service. Give Fey a raise! Thanks for the great customer service.
