Excellent! From my first phone call to inquire on my insurance coverage and schedule an appointment with Dr. Nguyen, Gabriel was professional and knowledgeable. The office is well managed and the doctor has the latest updated optometric equipment! Dr. Nguyen is very thorough and takes the time to clearly explain the results of the eye exam. Convenient free parking is available.

Dr. Nguyen was fantastic during our son's Ortho-K consultation! He took the time to make us feel comfortable and explained everything so clearly that my son left feeling excited, not nervous. We are so pleased with the experience and feel the price is absolutely worth it. I can't recommend him enough, particularly for kids!

It was a pleasure meeting Sydney, Willie and Dr Nguyen at San Marino Optometry when I went in for my annual eye exam and contact lens fitting. I was truly impressed with the entire experience at San Marino Optometry (SMO)! The team made me feel relaxed and comfortable, and addressed all of my questions and requests. Dr Nguyen is so personable, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and was able to perform my eye exams, prescribe and fit me with a set of daily wear trial contact lenses at my appointment! The new contacts from Dr Nguyen are so much more comfortable than the monthly contacts I've been prescribed (by my former optometrist) and have used for many years! My vision is also much sharper with the toric lens Dr Nguyen prescribed. I also ordered new lenses with my new prescription for my existing frames. SMO grinds their lenses and integrates the lenses into the frames in house so once your lenses are ready, you can drop your eyeglasses off and they will put the new lenses in the same day - Bonus! Been visiting San Marino optometry for the last 3 years with my entire family. Dr Nguyen is extremely knowledgeable and worked with me tweaking my contacts so not only has my vision improved for seeing far away but I am able to read as well with no glasses. How great is that! Very clean environment, ample parking in front the store they take all major insurance carriers.

Wrestling with my dog, I broke my glasses at 8 PM. Call San Marino Optometry left a voice message to call me first thing in the morning. Unexpectedly I received a text a few minutes later And I had an appointment scheduled for 10AM the next day. Completed my eye exam, ordered a pair of sunglasses, regular glasses, and had my broken glasses repaired all within an hour. I really appreciate the outstanding service and effort made to accommodate my needs. Thank you Dr Nguyen and the Team at SMO!!

I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and San Marino Optometry! He is personable, caring, and took the time to address my dry eye concerns. I just completed my dry eye treatment with IPL, and my eyes feel much less dry and no longer burn. Plus, my skin is glowing! I'm in disbelief at the relief I'm experiencing. I'll definitely be back for my next session in a few weeks!

Extremely kind staff. The doctor is well spoken and is able to answer all my medical questions in a way that's descriptive yet understandable as a layperson. Highly recommend!
