I've been a customer of this office for some years, the staff are always nice and ive never experienced an issue until today. I am not a patient of this office I simply order contacts from them because of the price.I ordered some contact lenses that are ready for pick up. The unfortunate part is by the time I'm off they are closed. I called to ask if I could pay over the phone, and was told unless I had a payment on file I couldn't. I would think since I've been a client for quite some time there wouldn't be an issue. Now I'm stuck ordering from another company.

No offense to the helpful staff.
The testing area was late 90's .
I was a client from a year before. And even then I felt ripped off.
If you can, just get your prescription and run.
It would be your best option because the prices for the frames is cheaper online.
