When I set up the appointment online I was not aware that the eye doctor would be a video visit. The technician there did a good job, but talking to the doctor over a computer connection was not a good experience. I will not go back again in the future.

Doctor was great, very friendly, answered all my questions. She was very good. I give the doctor 5 stars, if the staff wasn't just standing around talking about what they did the night before and verified my insurance prior to the appointment.
lens crafters staff didn't confirm my insurance prior to appointment, half way through exam told me I had to pay $100 for the exam. Even though I was required to enter my insurance information online when scheduling the appointment, 4 days earlier and received a confirmation call for the appointment. How hard would it be to confirm my insurance during the call?
