Pros: In less than 2 hours, we had eye exam done and glasses to take home, so that's great.
Cons: Dr Susan was kind, but didn't explain what the diagnosis/prescription was, we had to figure out what it meant on our own. She and the staff do everything without explaining what's going on. I didn't feel they genuinely care for the customer.
Also, prices are confusing. First: be aware of the different color price tags on the glasses you choose (see picture below). We weren't aware of that and they didn't explain it clearly. Second: all these prices mean plastic lenses, so, if you prefer the scratch-resistant polycarbonate, that means higher price too. We paid $297 for eye exam and one pair of glasses. Not bad, considering that glasses were ready quickly, but a lot higher than we expected.
Bottom line: we wish there was more love for what they do and more overall transparency and communication with the patient / customer.
We are thankful we got glasses fast, but we won't be back next time.

Dr was headed out the door for lunch not knowing she had an appt and was not friendly at all. Never again will I hope there. The staff in the front was very sweet and helpful though!
