Santa Clarita Vision Center

I recently visited the Vision Center for my annual eye exam, and I've been coming here for several years now. My experiences have always been routine and pleasant, but this visit really stood out thanks to Ernesto. Ernesto made the eyeglass-choosing process a breeze. He was incredibly patient while my wife and I took our time selecting our frames, and he was very helpful in clearly explaining what our insurance covered as well as any optional add-ons. Big shout-out to Ernesto for his professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service. He truly made this visit a great experience.

Had a great experience with Dr. Davood. She was very thorough with the exam and dilated my eyes to find out the reason why my vision was reduced. She explained everything in great detail. Staff was also very nice. Marissa, who was doing the pretests was very sweet and kind. Definitely will be back for my next visit!

Visited the SC Vision Center earlier this week and was very happy with the experience -- from check in, to the exam by the doctor, to ordering new glasses afterwards. This business has the "customer experience" very "dialed in". The staff is outstanding and the doctor spent the right amount of time explaining my eye health. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for an outstanding optometrist.

Been going here for years. Love this place. Local, easy to get to, front staff is great and opticians are awesome! They always take care of me even when I delay to the last minute getting new contacts. If they can't get me in The same day they're always very nice to give me a contact lens to get me through until my appointment day. I guess because I've been going there for over 20 years, lol. Just love this place.

Avoid this place at all cost if you can. You'll be met with a very arrogant optometrist who will make you feel very insecure in order to upsell you on different types of lenses that you will absolutely not need. And when you do go with what her recommendations are she could becomes very aggressive and rude. We have requested to have our prescriptions emailed to us in which they refuse and will only fax the prescription who still uses a fax these days? We went down the street to a different optometrist where the prices were much more reasonable, and the people are more professional and kind. If I could take my time back, I would never have step foot in that pace and neither should you.

I do not recommend this place at all. I have been a client for almost 6 years and I had a great experience until this last year. The doctor recommended progressive lenses for the first time so I agreed. I received progressive lenses and when I received them I told her the glasses do not feel right. I cannot see with them. I felt like I was looking through a fishbowl and I cannot see correctly. They told me it was because I have an astigmatism. I have never had an astigmatism in my life and after I had received the new lenses was the first time I was ever told I had an astigmatism. You would think the doctor would've told me that. They made me feel guilty for requesting new lenses and they were extremely rude. I sent the new glasses back and received new ones but I cannot see through the new glasses. I went back and I said I cannot see through the new glasses and they told me I needed to adjust to them. I tried to explain that this was not the correct lenses and they told me it was. They were so rude that I will never be back. I spent over $500 with insurance on new glasses that I can never wear. I do not recommend this place. Avoid this place. Stay away. The people behind the counter are so rude.

Dr. "U" IS THE BEST! She has been my eye Dr. since she has been there.i won't go to anyone else. The staff has always been very plencent and helpful. I have always recommended the Vision Center.

I had a Great experience. Dr. U was Great I have been to many optometrist over the years, but was still having issues with my vision.Dr.U was able to identify my issues that others were not informing me of. I am glad I reached out to them and it worked out. Thank you Vision Center!!
