I had the best experience here! Everyone was super kind and helpful. This was my first complete eye exam and Dr. Singh did a great job explaining everything to me about my prescription. They also have so many great frames to choose from. I was very pleased with my experience.

This place is the best! So friendly so accommodating so helpful every single person in this office from the front desk on I really the best. I never dread going to the optometrist because of how easy they make it and what a efficient but pleasant experience it is here. I highly highly recommend.

I'm a new patient. I used to drive to the PAMF clinic in Santa Cruz, but this is so much easier, plus it's in a shopping center where I can do grocery shopping, etc. at the same time. Unlike at grossly overloaded PAMF, I got a scheduled appointment in days rather than months. The last time I went to PAMF, they did the legacy standard eye exam with pupil dilation, which is so inconvenient. Insight uses new state-of-the-art advanced equipment that eliminates the crude pupil dilation step. As well, the examination was more nuanced and detailed than the legacy approach. The place is well organized and pleasant. Dr. Singh was great and is highly qualified according to his background description. I'll be getting an annual eye exam at Insight from now on and can highly recommend this business.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. Every person I interacted with was kind, professional, and efficient. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, which I really appreciated. I was also able to get my new prescription added to lenses I already owned, which was a huge plus. This was my second visit, and once again, the quality of care and service was top notch. Highly recommend!

All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the doctor was as well. His explanations were very clear, and he didn't try to upsell me, which is really nice. He offered me various options so that I could choose the one that was right for me. I would definitely recommend InSight Eyecare!

I have been going here for years. I always get excellent care at InSight. They are friendly, prompt, professional, and they take the time to help you find a pair of glasses that looks good on your face. Last time I was there, I think I tried on half the glasses in the store, and they acted like that was totally normal. They are always super nice and I highly recommend them!
