Pleasant staff and experience all the way 'round. Dr. Saidel is an excellent Opthamologist that I've been seeing for years. I like that NBEC has several locations thus making appointments easy. The Sonoma location has an optometrist and an eyeglass shop. And, most importantly, the staff wear costumes for Halloween.

Although I had to wait nearly 45 minutes before being seen by the doctor, appreciated his acknowledgement that I was patient. I felt as though he did a thorough examination and asked pertinent questions to help identify what was wrong. It was great that he typed out the steps that I needed to take to reverse the issue with my eye, including what I should do, depending on the outcome of each step.
