Been to the shop yesterday, welcomed by John who was very sweet and helpful. I just came to polish my Jacques to make them shiny again but Ceasar notice a tiny half a hair line crack literally at the first second he saw the glasses. Genius. So professional.

Man did these guys come in clutch! My daughter has a stigmatism and broke her glasses, we were roughing it for a bit but her headaches began getting worse. Not knowing where to go because her mom handles all these things, I ended up here and glad I did. I genuinely can't say enough good things about Dan Deutsch - I purchased my first pair of chrome hearts glasses here and I was blown away by the customer service. I worked with Monique and she was incredible - so kind, patient, and went above and beyond. I live out of state and needed to get prescription lenses put in and she made sure to communicate with me throughout the entire process. Even when there was a hiccup with the prescription (my fault not theirs) they helped rectify it and made sure the proper prescription was put in. Overall I'd recommend this store to anyone that's looking for a one of a kind frame - you won't be disappointed!
