Took my father for his eye exam yesterday. Dr. Sirounian spent a significant amount of time explaining the care he needs to improve his vision. He had a very small dose of the dry eye treatment and already feels a difference today.

My dry eye was horrible , it effected my life , my work , I was going to quit my job even However, I found Dr. Sirounian and she literally changed my life. She was so helpful and patient with me. Explained the procedure thoroughly even though I had tons of questions. The staff was very sweet and welcoming, it was such a great experience!Finding the right doctor who cares is so rare, but I was lucky enough to find mine. I suffer from dry eyes and had nowhere else to turn after trying medicated eye drops, warm compresses, fish oil, etc. I did the lipiflow about a month ago with Dr. Sirounian. She also gave me a routine for my "lid hygiene." All in all I feel much better! Not perfect, but definitely better. It's been a pleasure working with Dr. Sirounian. She is very caring and attentive. I will happily be back.

The receptionists here have been very nice and helpful which is why I didn't give this place only one star. When I've been here the optometrist wasn't too friendly, though. She seemed disinterested and distracted.
Here's the kicker: The prescription on my girlfriend's lenses were BACKWARDS. She had to go quite a long time until it was noticed/corrected by another optometrist we went to.

Very offhand approach. Didn't even introduce herself when I arrived . I thought she was the assistant. She didn't explain the procedure so I was tense and caught off guard when the probes of the lipiflow went inside my eyes! She left me in the room alone which added to my anxiety. Then I was sold glasses that block out the air, saying that most if her clients buy them. I never wear them . I was supposed to get a follow up appointment. I emailed requesting the follow up for the beginning of November. I never received a response . I did not feel cared for around her so I left it although I have paid for a follow up so I will demand that appointment.
