I took my austistic granddaughter to Dr. Raulino for her first eye exam. WOW! what a tremendously positive experience. The doctor and her staff set the tone for the appointment that full of kindness, patience, care and open communication. This combo of care made her experience extremely plesant and successful experience. What a gift to have Dr. Raulino and her staff in our community providing such excellent service to our community! Bravo! She will be providing care for all of our family eye care needs.

This was my first appointment with Laura since Margaret retired. I was totally happy. The staff is calm and patient and walks you through the exam prep in an extremely comfortable fashion. The facility is well kept. The equipment is in excellent condition. Laura took her time and explained what was happening with my eyes as they age, made sure not to do things that were unnecessary expenses but did everything needed. I was very happy with the appointment.

Excellent doctor and staff! I am a new patient. I have had numerous problems with my eyes for 5 years. Dr Anderson is the first doctor who understood what was going on. She took time, listened to me, and helped me get the best vision possible. The staff was excellent too - Sally helped me pick new frames and lens. My out-of-pocket money was very reasonable. (I have VSP)

I didn't see Dr. Raulino, but did see Dr. Anderson both for a routine visit and to check some redness in my eye. The overall visit was fantastic from the front office staff to Dr. Anderson's knowledge, attentiveness, and explanations. She even made a point to follow up with me later in the day to further clarify what she felt was causing the eye redness and recommended me to another specialist if the prescribed remedy didn't do the trick. In an era where it's easy to feel like just another number during medical visits, the entire staff made me feel like their only patient of the day. Will certainly be back and would recommend to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I took my brother for his initial eye exam and everything went smoothly. The entire staff was kind and professional every step of the way. They made it easy both the exam and ordering glasses. I will not hesitate to recommend Dr Anderson to anyone.

I called this morning to get an appt they got me in this the afternoon.. Dr explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. Excellent care front desk Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend them 10 out of 10 also was in and out in less than a hour will have my glasses in 3-4 weeks

I'm very pleased with our new eye doctor in town- Dr Anderson. She was thorough and very personable. I appreciated the way she explained everything she observed about my eye health. Her office staff was friendly and professional.

I recently had my annual exam at North Lake Eyecare. Dr Anderson spent extra time with me and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. She is very thorough and professional. Also, all the assistants were very courteous and competent.
