I had such a wonderful experience at 2020 Eyecare! From the moment I walked in, the staff was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. They were warm, welcoming, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The front desk was organized and efficient, answering all of my questions with patience and kindness. The doctor was very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt comfortable and informed about my eye health. I truly appreciated how attentive and caring everyone was. It's not always easy to find an office where you feel genuinely valued as a patient, but this office went above and beyond. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service!

The Doctors and office staff are super professional. The staff take time to ensure that I get the maximum out of my insurance coverage, which I really appreciate. I can't understand the negative reviews. Sometimes people need to look in the mirror.

Dr. Chen and her staff are wonderful! She is thorough and always explains things carefully and is friendly! Dr. Chen gives great advice.

The staff are wonderful. The optometrist is extremely knowledgeable and very nice. The eye exam was very thorough. This is the first Pair of glasses I've ever gotten that I could put on look around and not feel sick to my stomach. I can't say how much better this prescription is than any that I've ever had. Thank you to the doctor and the staff.

I really like the this place. I am over 55 and also wearer glass for near-sighted vision before. Now I need computer glasses and driving glasses both. I have been to serval places in the past years. 20/20 have prescribed the best comfortable eye glasses.

What a caring team, Patrick took care of me like no other person ever has regarding my optical needs. The doctor is very compassionate and interested in hearing all your concerns. I would not go any where else for glasses. Their lenses are absolutely stunning, especially their blue lens technology - it is unbelievably amazing. So far, I have gotten three glasses from them and have sent my parents to get glasses too. The staff took care of us perfectly and the service every time is incredibly sublime. Thank you so, so much! Excellent service. I have been going here since they opened. The medical advice I get is top notch and consistent with the advice from my specialist and when the glasses arrive, the care with which the frames are adjusted means I never have to worry about them moving when I am active. Thanks I just browsed the other reviews after posting my own. I don't understand where these negative reviews come from. Each time I went my insurance was checked before I was charged. They have always been spot on regarding my expectations and costs. I have been there at least 5 years and always found both the medical and administrative services to be excellent.
