I have been going to Dr. Bowman's office for a few years and their customer service is beyond excellent! I trust the knowledge & professionalism of Dr. Bowman and/or other doctors on staff that provide my eye exams & eye care. The entire team, which includes Jenny and Andrea, provide excellent customer service at all times and are thorough, caring, kind, patient, complete and knowledgeable.

Dr. Bowman is an outstanding optometrist. He is thorough, caring and takes the time for a complete examination. He is also a very nice and decent man. His staff are always so pleasant and delightful. The selection of frames is really great, and the help provided ensures a good match and fit. My family and I have been going to Dr. Bowman for over 15 years. I highly recommend him.

One of the best businesses around Orange County. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. We didn't even need an appointment beforehand to browse and order the varies options of the frames (which made things super convenient). The frames themselves were trendy and affordable. An affable woman named Brenda assisted my family and I the entire time and not only was her extensive knowledge prominent, but she recommended different types of lens adjustments (which is also super helpful to ignorant people like us). She even went the extra mile to check other frames that were not on display for my child who is rather indecisive. Overall, the staff were bubbly and made the business feel lively. Although I don't live around the area, the extra mileage is worth it. Thank you for the great service! We will definitely be coming back.

Both my wife and I just got new glasses from Dr. Bowman he was amazing. He listens very well and explains himself excellently, just a very pleasant professional man. The office staff is also awesome. They are extremely friendly and stay on top of your case. Overall our experience here was just so pleasant.

I'm just giving my review now after my visit to Dr. Brett Bowman last Jan. 25 & I don't want to miss this coz I had an excellent experience at his office. I'm a new patient of his & when I got there to his office the front office personnels are very nice. I filled out the necessary forms for my personal informations, etc. then was asked to sit down to wait for Dr. Bowman to see me. It didn't take that long for my turn to have my eyes examine. While waiting, I looked around & the office is really nice & clean. You can tell that they observe the Covid-19 protocol coz there are hand sanitizers around. Also when the assistant called me for some test before the doctor saw me, she (assistant) wiped the instrument with a disinfectant & then took me to the room where the doctor would examine me. When it was the doctor turn to examine my eyes, he asked me first why I was there. I told him what I was there for & he read the info on the form I filled out then proceeded to examine my eyes. He put some drops to dilate my eyes so he'll have a better view of what's going on & after 20 min. he examined my eyes again. He gave me a diagnosis of his findings but very honest in telling me that I don't need a new pair of glasses but I'm very welcome to check out their inventories they have. I haven't heard that from previous eye doctors I've seen before. Previous doctors will write you a prescription to get a new glasses. I ended up getting a pair on every visit coz I was still working but now being retired I'm happy with what I have & made me more happy with the honesty & expertise of Dr. Bowman. Kudos to you Dr. Brett Bowman & I highly recommend him to anybody who's looking for an Opthalmologist.

Love Dr. Bowman and his staff. They take care of our whole family. We never wait long. Dr. Bowman is always honest and forthcoming.
