I went to Jamboree Optometry with my brother, and we both had an excellent experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. Ryan was incredibly thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. My brother was just as impressed as I was with how patient and professional the whole process was. It's clear that a lot of care goes into both the practice and the patients. First time seeing Dr Funai this past weekend and wow, what an incredible experience! His staff are welcoming and kind, making me feel right at home. I moved to Orange County from San Diego and have been looking for a local optometrist and finally found my guy. Dr Funai was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He answered all my questions and gave genuine recommendations with expertise. I work in healthcare myself and am excited to work with him for all my vision needs. An amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door! I recently moved to Tustin and had been looking for a new optometry office in the area. When I stopped by this office to ask about getting an updated eye exam and new glasses, I was greeted by Pam the front office clerk and Laura the optician, who immediately made me feel so welcomed while helping me get situated as a new patient. I was even more impressed after meeting the optometrist Dr. Funai to discuss my eye exam results and treatment options. As someone who works in the healthcare field, I really appreciated how rather than just quickly stating my new prescription or the results, he took the time to explain everything both thoroughly and in a way that made it easy for me to understand. While waiting for his next patient, Dr. Funai even helped Laura guide me through my options for different lenses and frames! I have been coming to Jamboree Optometry for over 20 years. Dr. Silverberg and his staff are amazing! They are kind, caring and sincere. Great taste in picking out frames also!! I cannot imagine going anywhere else. A true Blessing in our lives ( my husband goes there also)
